Bahrain-Mubasher: The Ship Repairing will pay cash dividends on Thursday for the fiscal year 2014 at 50% of capital, or 50 fils a share, totalling BHD 900,000.
Shareholders of record on 30 March are eligible for the dividends.
Net earnings for the fiscal year 2014 reached BHD 1.36 million, jumping 35% compared with nearly BHD 1 million a year earlier.
The company operates with BHD 1.8 million capital, divided into 18 million shares at BHD 0.1 par value each.
